Level 3 Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Believer in Wellness.

Hi, I’m Morgan.

My upbringing outside of Chicago revolved around the quintessential diet of a 90s kid: fast food, sugary snacks, boxed mac 'n cheese, processed chips, with minimal fruits and veggies. Childhood ailments were a regular part of life - yearly ear infections, strep throat, and catching whatever virus was circulating.

At 16, I began experiencing debilitating stomach bloat and pain, often requiring me to seek refuge in the nurse's office during school. Known as "the mom of my friends," I carried Tums, Advil, Gas X, and other remedies to combat my persistent stomach issues. Seeking relief, I consulted a gastroenterologist who prescribed a daily pill, but I hesitated, turning to Google for alternatives.

My journey took a turn when I discovered a local nutritionist who introduced me to the world of wellness through nutrition. Swapping processed snacks for fruits and experimenting with kale salads and lentils, I noticed improvements in focus and bloat. However, my stomach pains persisted.

Entering college, I maintained my healthy swaps but found my health rapidly declining. Relying on caffeine, late-night drinking, poor sleep, and sugary snacks, I faced allergies, hair thinning, fatigue, gut issues, and weight gain. Despite my efforts, the scale wouldn't budge.

Determined to uncover the root cause, I sought help from an integrative provider who identified severe intolerances to eggs and dairy, thyroid imbalances, and even a parasite in my stomach. Diagnostic testing became my beacon, guiding me toward a path of healing.

With a newfound understanding, I embarked on a journey of gut healing through supplements, an anti-inflammatory Mediterranean diet, and the elimination of processed foods. The results were transformative, and I bid farewell to debilitating stomach pains.

Inspired by my own healing, I pursued education at Bauman College and Restorative Wellness Solutions, specializing in diagnostic testing such as the GI MAP stool test, MRT Food Sensitivity testing, Genova SIBO, DUTCH hormone test and comprehensive blood work in my practice. Believing in "test, don't guess," I empower my clients to uncover the underlying factors behind their symptoms.

Today, I advocate for the power of whole foods and selective supplements, firmly believing that food is medicine. I challenge the notion of normalizing symptoms and encourage individuals to trust their bodies. As a holistic practitioner, I prioritize collaborative care, guiding clients towards vitality and well-being every step of the way.

Oftentimes, doctors think symptoms are “normal” or in “your head”, and I am here to tell you they are not! I believe we know our bodies so innately and we should be the judge of our symptoms. If you believe something is wrong, it’s worth investigating. I believe in supportive care and forming a team with clients, empowering them along the way to make steps towards vitality.

“I believe the most important and the most powerful tool you have to change your health and the world is your fork.”

— Dr. Mark Hyman, M.D.

The Significance of “Three” in Three Pillars Wellness

Health is ever changing, but there are three constants; body, mind, and spirit. According to some, the number three brings optimism, luck, and an abundance of energy.

By focusing on body, mind, and spirit, I believe we can all find vitality and health.

For me, discovering health and the balance in my body, mind, and spirit took time. There was no overnight “cure” that we are so often prescribed. This shift came from small adjustments that led to me feeling at ease and at peace with myself. I no longer relied on external cues of validation, and listened to the food my body craved. I share this as someone who has experienced disordered eating, food intolerances and a host of other stomach issues. You too can find peace with your body, mind, and spirit and learn to honor your health.
